Mickey's Not So Spooky Halloween

Last weekend we stayed a few days in Orlando and visited all of the theme parks. The first night there we went to DisneyWorld for the Mickey's Not So Spooky Halloween. Jessica and Natalie went of on there own, so I didn't get many pics of them. But I did get plenty of Payton. One special picture I got was of her with Donald and Daisey Duck. Before we even left for vacation, she said of all the characters she wanted to see that night was Donald. Well they were the ONLY characters that we saw there. What luck!

Here are a few pics of our night...

                          DownTown Disney...

                       At the Rainforest Cafe...

Look at that smile ~ she was so happy to meet them!

This pic of Pooh's butt makes me laugh.

                                         Ha Ha, my Father-in-law's unexpected trick or treat...

           The night parade...

                  All of us on the Buzz Light Year ride...

     And my FAVORITE picture. This is the entrance/exit. It looks so much better at night when all lit up.

Now, I can't wait for Mickey's Very Merry Chistmas! :)

New Baby Killer Whale at SeaWorld

We went to SeaWorld yesterday afternoon for the Trick or Treat celebration. It was super crowded! We got there late, around 4:30. We headed to the trick or treat area first, then to the kid's area and then made our way to the shark area. By then it was 7:10pm, so we headed towards the Sky Tower. We heard an announcement ... "Shamu 7:30 show is cancelled" but no reason was given.
After what seemed like a forever of a wait, we finally get on the Tower. The lady working it told us that a Killer Whale was just born!!! Just minutes ago, and that is why it was cancelled. They haven't even made an announcement yet, so it was nice that she shared that exciting news with us.
With the tower going around, it was hard to capture the whales, but I was able to get a shot of the baby (10 mins old!!!) swimming next to the mom. I wish I could have gotten a cleaner shot, but it was still exciting to be there during this time and to be up above to see them swimming around the tank together.

Here's an article I found. Apparently the Mother is also the Mom of the whale that just died last monday. That was pretty sad.

I have more pictures of us later to post. See you then!

Florida Aquarium {Land o Lakes. Photographer}

We went to the Florida Aquarium using our Zoo passes. It's free to get in for the month of September. I love having passes to places! The girls had fun. They were able to touch starfish and play on the waterpark outside. The 2 girls have been friends since they were around 3months old. Her Mom and I met at Gymboree Play and we've have been doing things since. And the best part, the girls get along SO GOOD. Never are they fighting or arguing like alot of kids do. It's great.
My favorite pics are the starfish and the girls in front of the tank. They look so small!!

iHeartFaces Weekly Challenge - Smirk Week

What a cute theme for this week over at http://www.iheartfaces.com/. Smirk week! Believe it when I tell you how hard it was for me to find a smirk. But when I saw this of Jessica during her 15th b-day dinner at Kobe's, I had to enter it. She's probably going to strangle me when she sees that I posted this.
For other entries, check out iHeartFaces.

iheartfaces Weekly Challenge - Vroom Vroom!

For this week's challenge I instantly thought of this picture of Jessica driving Payton's jeep. Payton wanted to get in but of course there was no room so, she hoped on. It was hillarious watching them 2 drive around. I have some goofy girls!

Sweet and Sassy 3rd Birthday

My daughter turned 3 last weekend. I can't believe my baby is now 3! She had her party at Sweet and Sassy. It's a salon for girls. They have all types of parties there that are so girly. It's very cute. My older daughter walked in and said she wanted her 18th b-day there. Goofball!
We had the princess party. It's where the girls dress in gowns, they get their nails painted, hair up-dos, and eye mae-up and a glittered star on their cheek. When all made up, they walk down the runway. The girls really loved it. And there was one boy, he was able to wear a Batman muscle costume. He then got blue spikes in his hair. It was SOO cute!
I decided to make cupcakes this year instead of a Publix cake. Frankly, we were Publix caked out with all the parties we've had lately. So I made homemade cupcakes. They turned out good.
Happy 3rd Birthday baby girl!

Mommy Goggles {Land o Lakes, FL Child Photographer}

I love when my daughter lays with her hands under her chin. When she was younger, I tried to get her to pose that way for photos, but she wouldn't have anything to do with it. Now occasionally I see her do this and I just love that look. She looks so relaxed and sweet. But as soon as I bring my camera out, she moves! I was fortunate to capture these 2, but as quickly as I grabbed my camera, she moved. Call it Mommy Goggles, but I think she looks so cute!
